If you use a watermarketed photo via screen shot tools, you will subsquently receive an invoice payable upon receipt. To avoid this, simply contact me for the high resolution image and downloading access to avoid this headache, too easy! 

All non-watermarked images released to you (the Client) for download are permitted for personal use only by the Client on all social media platforms that the Client holds ownership of i.e.: instagram, twitter, facebook. 

All non-watermarked images released to you (the Client) for download may be permitted for use by the Client at no charge on all clientwebsite.com's that the Client holds ownership of at the discretion of the photographer. You must submit a formal request for use and receive permission from North Grove Creative in writing prior to image release. 

All non-watermarked images released to you (the Client) for download may be permitted for use on platforms or publications that the Client does not hold ownership of i.e.: newspaper article, web article etc.  You must submit a formal request for use, agree to a fee schedule and receive permission from North Grove Creative in writing prior to image release. 

An industry standard fee schedule between the photographer and Client shall be agreed upon prior to the use of image(s) on any platform or publication:

That the Client does not hold ownership of and where payment by the Client is made to the owner or representatives of the platform for the image(s) that are to be published, either singularly or within an article for example i.e.: sponsored content, print media adverts etc.

That the Client does not hold ownership of and where payment to the Client is made by the owner or representatives of the platform for the image(s) that are to be published, either singularly or within an article for example i.e.: sponsored content on social media, print media adverts etc.
